In the beginning of my journey, I lacked confidence, my emotions were out of control and I had no idea why my life was the way it was. This was in two thousand and three, and the pain I was in made me look for answers.
I wanted to understand what was going on. At first, this started off with me reading books, and after a while, I worked with different therapists and took a wide-range of courses.
Less-than Nurturing Childhood During this time, I came to see that it wasn't just a case of me simply lacking self-confidence, it was due to something far more significant. A childhood filled with abuse, neglect and developmental trauma was at the root of it all.
As a result of this, all the work I did on my mind only got me so far, and this made me look at what was taking place in my body. I came to see that I was carrying a lot of emotional pain and trauma.
Some of this pain had to be cried out, and this also involved the pain that I experienced through losing my father. These moments pushed me to the limit, but I wasn't willing to give up.
Towards the end of two thousand and eight, I started writing a journal and a few years after that, in October two thousand and ten, I started writing what were later called 'articles'. At this time, I have written one thousand five hundred and seventy seven articles on psychology, and conducted nine interviews; which have lead to over nine hundred and ninety four thousand views.
Communication is another area that interests me, and Communication Made Easy is where I write about communication and offer coaching. So far I have written nineteen articles.
I have also written poetry, and this can be found under the name - A Dialogue With The Heart.
Writing and Coaching
Through having these moments in my life, I know what It is like to suffer, and this was one of the reasons why I wanted to share my understandings with others and to assist them.
Writing articles and books is one way for me to do this, and another way is through the coaching that I offer. Over the years I have worked with numerous therapists and healers and, as a result of this, I am not someone who believes that there is only one approach. The Time Had Come
After having written articles for nearly seven years, I felt the desire to write about my own experiences and what I had been thorough. These articles can be found on my blog.
