This 15-minute consultation is a gentle space to explore what’s going on for you and whether working together might be a good fit. You’ll have a chance to share what’s most present for you, ask any questions, and get a sense of what support with me might be like.

This consultation was previously offered for free, but I now ask for a small fee of £15.00.

The reason for this is simple: in general, we tend not to value what costs us nothing. This small investment reflects your commitment to your own growth — whether or not we end up working together. (Consultation Page).
